William Wilen
William P. Wilen, Director of Housing Litigation at the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law in Chicago, has thirty-five years of experience in litigation and advocacy on behalf of low-income tenants and homeowners. He is one of the leading experts in the country on the rights of tenants of public housing developments during this era of demolition and relocation. He is a 1973 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Chicago Council of Lawyers.
